If you're using a modified na ecu, it only controls 2 speeds, so you can keep the na 2-speed fpc. Your pump will produce some audible whine at the full speed 12v (happens with partial- to full-throttle), but it's not unbearable imo. If you ever change to a tt ecu, you'll want to use the tt 3-speed fpc and run the wire for the third speed control from the efi connector input at the connector near the fuse block under the hood to the fpc behind the driver's seat. I believe there is a writeup for this you can reference with better details.
